Product Authenticity
We provide globally unique EAN-13 and UPC-A barcode numbers. These numbers are sourced from legitimate channels within the International Barcodes Network and are guaranteed to be unique to your product.
User Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure their retailers do not have restrictive internal policies regarding third-party barcodes (e.g., Walmart, Kroger).
- It is the customer's duty to register their product data correctly when using our optional registration services.
Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day refund window provided that a justified reason is submitted for the return. Because barcode numbers are digital assets that cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, justification is required to prevent unauthorized distribution.
Valid Justifications
- • Barcode rejected by a specific retailer.
- • Accidental duplicate order.
- • Technical issue with digital file delivery.
Non-Refundable
- • Change of mind after 30 days.
- • Barcodes already printed on packaging.
- • Failure to provide proof of rejection.
